Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years managing a retail store
- Recruiting experience is a must!
- Ability to hire an experienced management staff
- Ability to train and develop a staff
- Must have strong time management and organizational skills
- Must have tons of energy and spirit!
Responsibilities:
- Hire, recruit, train and lead a successful team of Fit Specialists that provide the ultimate level of customer service and obtain operational excellence at all times.
- Partner with your Managers to have all store positions filled at all times.
- Diagnose, develop and evaluate the performance of all management, sales and stock team members weekly.
- Enforce Loss Prevention Policies and awareness on the floor in order to control external and internal shrink at below 1%.
- Collaborate with Director of Stores in analysis of store-level reports; create and execute action plans accordingly to maximize results.
- Uphold and evaluate established best practices and communicate feedback to Director of Stores.
- Conduct Meetings with your managers to ensure all company policies and procedures are consistently executed.
- Maintain company payroll standard at 10-12% in your store daily and weekly.
- Hold all store employees accountable for maintaining a profitable, clean, visually pleasing and energetic work environment.
- Maintain excellent communication with corporate.
