As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of our brand—creating exceptional customer experiences, providing personalized solutions, and actively growing your sales pipeline.
What You’ll Do
• Deliver a warm, engaging, and consultative shopping experience for every customer.
• Proactively generate and follow up on new leads through daily outreach.
• Provide in-home consultations and services when required.
• Confidently upsell and recommend products that meet customer needs and enhance satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries, orders, and follow-ups with professional phone etiquette.
• Stay knowledgeable about product offerings, promotions, and store policies.
• Accurately process transactions and manage sales documentation.
• Support and mentor junior team members when needed.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing sales floor.
• Collaborate with the team to consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with outbound reach-outs and relationship-building.
• Previous sales experience preferred (retail or furniture sales is a plus but not required).
• Interior design experience or interest is a plus.
• Ability to work Saturdays (required).
